A beautiful showing of craftsmanship and patience.  This cross was hand carved from Curly Hawaiian Koa, then the grain is filled, sanded, and finished with a laquer.  The cordage is made from waxed cord and hand woven around the hook.  There are beads on the cord to adjust the length for the wearer.
